Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

My boyfriend and I carved pumpkins and we saved the seeds to make this delicious snack!

2 tbsp butter, melted
2 cups pumpkin seeds
salt
pepper
garlic salt
  • Wash and dry pumpkin seeds (must be completely dry).
  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  • Coat seeds with just enough butter for spices to stick.
  • Season seeds with spices.
  • Bake 30 minutes or until toasted.
