2 tbsp butter, melted
2 cups pumpkin seeds
salt
pepper
garlic salt
- Wash and dry pumpkin seeds (must be completely dry).
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Coat seeds with just enough butter for spices to stick.
- Season seeds with spices.
- Bake 30 minutes or until toasted.
